THE Medal of Honor

I can not find the words to establish the greatness of these Soldiers.

From David Warren

The impact of this fudged film cannot be ignored. While in Iraq, I heard about it. A Lebonese friend of mine quized me about why America supports Isreal when they kill children.

"The incident was the alleged shooting of a little boy by Israeli troops in Gaza, in September 2000. His name was (purportedly) Muhammad Al-Dura, and if my reader has been watching any television over the last eight years, he will have seen the clip, probably many times. A Palestinian man and boy are shown cowering by a wall. Then suddenly the boy is shown dead in his father’s arms. The voice-over explains that he was picked off by an Israeli marksman."

Here's a question, what country has risked being eliminated in every one of it's wars, yet none of it's attackers did?

SOMETIMES THEY HAVE VALID POINTS

I heard an interesting comment by an otherwise some what nutty Jesse Ventura. He commented on the fact that the Fed requires/mandates all employees to retire at 65. How can we elect someone, at 72, to be the boss of people he will have to retire at 65? It is an interesting point, and definitely establishes age as a political argument and talking point. He is equally negative on the Dems and their "Get out of the War", but only after I am elected, speeches. His final point I enjoyed, was that he will not pay/fund to get elected, more than he will make in a year at the position. That was probably the neatest thing I have heard in a while. Imagine a politico that was not in debt, and a risk of being swayed because of debt.
